This is the best milk for people out there with lactose because for me since a baby and this save my life from being hours in the bathroom WITHOUT MY PHONE because my mom gets mad so thanks for saving my hours of not using the bathroom I appreciate

Lactaid hepls me getting vitamins, key nutrients for strong bones. And especially it's easier to digest than regular milk which means less digestive tract discomfort I used to have was diarrhea.
