Excellent substitute for milk. Great in coffee, tea, or cereal. A bit too sweet for my taste for me to enjoy by itself, or with cookies, cake, pie, etc., but it doesn't stop me from drinkng it. cruzer

In our household we love this brand specially if you are sensitive to lactose. They have a variety of options but we stick to 2% the flavor is delicious compared to other brand names. You actually wouldn't be able to tell is 2%
