This is a great alternative if you cannot have regular milk. It tastes the same and I prefer it over Oat or Almond Milk. I have also tried the Vanilla Ice Cream from this company. I recommend this milk.

I have been drinking this for ten years now. We don't have a lactose intolerance but don't drink milk often enough to get the real stuff so having something with the longer shelf life is amazing. It tastes just like real milk, if not better
