I had to two the SIFO and SIBO diets and cannot stand plant mills. Lactaid tastes the same as regular milk and let me stick to the special diet I had to be on.

This milk is superb! We have lactose issues in our family and this is the only milk we buy. You can't tell that it is lactose free because it doesn't taste any different than regular milk.

I love every milk product but unfortunately I'm lactose intolerant. Sometimes I forget about it and buy regular milk but I always feel bad after. Lactaid makes me taste the milk without having to worry after.

This milk is delicious! It tastes like the real thing without all the issues that come with lactose issues! The price isn't too bad, very comparable to other brands of milk!

I drink this for very obvious reasons, I'm lactose intolerant. It's a great alternative and it has the same flavor as regular milk. Overall it's a great choice. It isn't too expensive either. I would for sure recommend this to others.
