Great taste not chalky nor bland. Doesn't upset my stomach and I a small drink on the go, cook with it. It's very nutritious and why buy a half gallon when you can get more for your buck with a gallon. Having non- dairy really avoids allergies towards actual dairy products. Your kids would love it as well.

When my son was 2 years old, he got sick and it was difficult figuring out what was wrong, because he has Autism and is non-verbal the doctors told me he was lactose intolerant and that was a problem, because my son loved his milk, but then we fount LACTAID and it has been the best thing for us, we just love LACTAID. Lactaid's 2% milk is an excellent alternative to regular milk. There is nothing about its flavor that would indicate that it's lactose-free. The flavor might be considered slightly on the sweeter side too. The only downside is that it's often pricier than regular milk.

My kids were lactose intolerant and this is what they drank at 1yrs. Old. It was so much better on their digestion! It taste just like regular milk too so the whole household used it as well. We eventually gradually transferred to regular milk because it was cheeper and a lot of foods have regular milk in ingredients so I wanted them to be able to digest it as easily as Lactaid and it really helped till they were about four years old. So highly recommend in my opinion!

Finally, after all the searching for a lactose free product, I found the one! After realizing my upset stomach, bloating, and gassiness was caused by lactose, i began the search for an alternative. Tried Almond Milk, but it became too sugary and sweet for me. And Silk just doesn't cut it. Mom found this brand and with just one taste i knew this was it! This Lactaid tastes just like regular 2% milk! Never again will milk upset my stomach. Will definitely be sticking to this brand from now on! :)

I would typically avoid milk because i'm lactose intolerant. However, this milk is super friendly on the stomach and refreshing. Since I need more calcium, I love the lactose free milk alternative. I hate the taste of other milks but this one would definitely be purchased again. Macro Friendly (reduced fat)
