I don't know what's going in lately... But, I have been consistently buying these (about 4 bags each shopping trip). Each time, atleast a few of the bags, if not every one is rotten or has most clusters that are rotten (black). I haven't said a word or attempted to return any of them, but it's getting ridiculous at this point.

We were not sure about buying them the first time but we love crab legs and decided to give them a try. We were delighted with the sweet taste and enjoyed every bite. We have been buying them on a regular basis and feel they are a treat because we can do them at home with melted butter and a big salad and sit and enjoy a delicious dinner. Thanks for a great product. We will be continued buyers of these snow crab legs.

Not very good tasting don’t waste your money. They use to be amazing but the past few years they have gotten really bad. The crab legs are brown and black. You can’t see inside the colored bag so you really can’t see what your getting till you open it. Sams club you really need a little quality control on your products!

I purchased these crab legs for the first time today, and cooked them also the first time following the directions on the package today. I can't believe how good these crab legs were. I would rate them as really close to restaurant quality. VERY GOOD SAMS. I will buy them again. AAAAAA+++++ EXCELLENT!!!!!!

We bought 2 bags of these. Over half the ones we cracked open had no crab. They were just empty shells. We buy these for my birthday every year and this is the second time they have been like this. Such a huge waste of money. I had to run to the store and get something else because we invited my parents.

I used to buy these all the time and I’m not satisfied with the quality of these so called restaurant quality crab legs any longer! The last few bags have not been right. Kept the package and took a picture! Not acceptable at all! This is what our main course was supposed to be for the night so we had to try to eat them. This was all that was in the bag and they were so gross looking! We only had a salad and baked potato for dinner! Y’all need to fix this problem! And not the mention the cost has went up! Pay more and we still not getting what we paid for! And those broken small legs that y’all add to the bag for weight purposes I’m guessing just gonin my trash so please don’t even bother putting them in there! By the time you add all those broken pieces we could’ve had an extra cluster!

We purchased 7 bags of these snow crab legs for a large crab boil we hosted. The crab meat was delicious and thick. I was skeptical in purchasing after reading prior reviews but I'm glad I did. The crab meat compared to the crab meat I get at the seafood calabashes when vacationing on the East coast. I highly recommend.

This was our go to for decades. I don’t know what happened here. But the last few times we bought over the last year or two the quality has been poor. Many legs are empty. Meet in the thinner legs is dry/old (and not because improperly cooked) also meat is salty now not sweet. Such a bummer because I was really looking forward to some tasty crab. I wish they’d go back to what they sold before! It was much better

We love crab, but the cost is too much for how much meat is actually in the crab; at least the was the case for the bag I got. All the weight for the 2lbs must have been mostly shell. Quite disappointing for my Valentine's Day dinner with my son; we finished the whole bag ourselves and were still left feeling hungrier before eating everything else than other times we've bought crab legs for cheaper at another store [and yes, we even picked at the body meat and all the other nooks/crannies]. Would be nice if there was a way to really get a fair price for crab legs; like figure out the average weight of the shelling alone and subtract that from the overall weight of what would be one whole crab so you're really calculating the weight of the *meat* that's being paid for to be eaten.

I bought these a while ago even after I read the reviews because I had gotten some in the past that were great but this time they weren’t fresh. I emailed Sams club but no response. Look at the difference between the 2 clusters. Will not purchase again
