Have you ever watched the chips being stocked? They stuff as many bags in as they can by pushing them in at the bottom as tight as they can get them. Consequently they make potato chip crumbs out of them. You can’t use them for dip because they are so small.

I have been waiting to review these chips Lays Classic. THey changed the bag because people didn't know they were made out of potatoes. The bag doesn't work for me. I pass them up thinking they are baked lays chips. And for some reason the chips are way to thick. Not thin and crispy anymore. Lays needs to go back to the original recipe and bag. Why mess with things when they don't need fixing.

Some bags are filled with small or broken chips, hardly “party” appropriate. Other bags have wonderfully large chips in the top half of the bag. Difference doesn’t seem related to handling but to small chips that were originally put in the bag at manufacturing.

Lays are the King of Chips. Light and crispy. I splurge on Lays occasionally because Great Value brand is good but not great. Last couple bags I had of Great Value had lots of chips with black spots. You'd think machines would carve out all the bad black spots on the potatoes before they go into the fryer. C'mon Walmart! You can do better.

Lay's original classic potato chips are the best tasting chips made, crisp, fresh, tasty and fried to perfection.

My first potato chip 65 years ago and still the best. Lays goes great with sandwiches or just tv snacking. The original is still king!

love me some plain jane Lays tater chips, great to snack on or with or on a sandwich. nothing better than a good sandwich with potato chips on it .

Excellent classic potato chips. The same kind I saw Stephen Chow eating at the casino when I was just a kid.

It was a big waste of money little to no seasoning on the chips. I will not purchase this item again.
