I bought this set of dishes for my 80-year-old parents. I just went through hell helping them to remodel their kitchen. It took me HOURS of web surfing to find exactly what I wanted. I CAREFULLY chose the color I knew would set off their new cabinets and their beautiful new floor. I couldn't wait to see those gorgeous gold dishes set off their table. I thought it would be the perfect Christmas gift, and it arrived on time, on Christmas Eve. But when my mom opened the box, no gold dishes. They sent me the white ones, which were the ones I liked the least. I asked for the Tan. So now I'm replacing the old white dishes they had for their old white kitchen with all new white dishes that I don't need because the kitchen isn't white anymore. I'm throwing away a ton of white dishes. The last thing I need is more white dishes.
I never did business with Sam's Club before, so I was taking a chance with them because I loved the product and because they could get me my gift before Christmas. I need the product that I paid for. The box is so heavy that I can't even get it out to the car to take it back to Sam's Club. I need somebody to contact me to make this right for my parents. Seriously, how hard is it to check the color before you ship a package?!! Send a truck to come get this thing, and give me what I ordered!!!
