They claim to send them shortly after purchase which is false. I called a member and he said 24-48 hours. Very misleading and disappointing. I tried calling, explained the issue to the member and then put me on hold for 5 minutes and the call “dropped ”. They don’t even bother to call back even though they have your information. This happened twice! So I had to keep calling and waiting 10 minutes
