Would not recommend for beach day as it's detrimental to sea life. Easy application with solid coverage and a non greasy feeling. Beware around eyes as it does cause burning after swimming. The product leaves a white powder residue everywhere applied even after drying and soaking into the skin. If you want chalk looking powder stuck to the applied area the sunscreen was applied this product will give you the result. The product is quality in protection and skin reaction. The description really should mention the mandatory white residue result the product has. Be safe and healthy to yourself and others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen has no fragrance so I can put on my perfume and wear the sunscreen all the time. It goes on smooth and disappears into my skin. I also like that it's SPT 70.

I used this sunscreen before my long run today and it did a great job. It quickly soaked into my skin and left no white residue. Even as I was sweating it stayed in place. Didn't have an issue of it stinging my eyes. Definitely recommend this sunscreen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchase Neutrogena products for the last 25 year, because of their constant innovation and science behind their claims. I was excited to try the sheer dry version of their sunscreens because their other formulations work so well but when going out socially, I don't like to put the more greasy types on (save those for the beach, swimming, etc). This worked SO well in blocking the strong California sun (thin ozone) and had no strap marks left from what I was wearing...so you know it's working. Will be my new go to sunscreen.

The good thing about this sunscreen is that it is light weight and non greasy feel as it claims. I normally apply sunscreen by put it on my finger and rub on my face and it absorb immediately. But I cannot do that with this sunscreen. It leaves white cast on my face. I have to rub it on my hands first before apply it on my face, but it still leaves some white cast on the wrinkles.

It doesn't have a strong, overpowering fragrance and it didn't clog my pores. I like the fact that this sunscreen is Oxybenzone free and PABA free. I love the fact that this sunscreen is water resistant and sweat resistant. This is a great sunscreen for outdoor sport activities, because it resists wear off from sweating, rubbing or wiping. It also has an electrolyte complex that helps restore your skins balance. I used this sunscreen on my face when I went hiking with my family last weekend and it worked great. It's one of the best sunscreens that I have used!

I've used Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF15 and 30 for years. I wanted more protection so brought this product with SPF55. My skin is not usually sensitive, I had never previously had a reaction to any sunscreen. But this product made my face turn bright red and hurt. A friend of mine had the same experience with this sunscreen. It must be the "helioplex" formula. I went back to the Ultra Sheer SPF 30. I definitely do NOT recommend this sunscreen.
