[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The extension cord reel arrived with several bands off the spool and loose throughout; I had to completely unwind the cord and re-wind it to tighten-up the cord around the spool and remove tangles. That initial aggravation aside, it is exactly as expected. I like it's portability and easy unwind %26 rewind. And the guage of the cord will meet all my power tool, etc needs.
