This is intended for popcorn that is popped from scratch. It helps to salt your popcorn in layers. The salt will stick to any moisture in the popcorn. Don’t expect this to give your popcorn a buttery flavor, it’s just salt. It does work better than your regular table salt.

This product had really good flavor and really did make the popcorn taste like it was from a theatre! The cap lets a large amount through very quickly so you have to watch it. Also, I add mine with the kernels in the oil before it starts popping and it really makes the flavor big!!

Originally, concerned that the butter was going to taste artificial and just off but on the contrary it blends perfectly. Super easy to sprinkle and give a tasty twist to plain popcorn. I’ve also started using it to season other foods like a baked potato . Word of caution easy with the pour as holes on top are big and it is fairly easy to over salt which just makes for a bad experience.

I like this salt. It goes great on popcorn of course. There is a hint of butter flavor but mostly tastes like salt. I prefer more butter flavor and less salt so that’s why it got 4 stars instead of 5. I advise shaking the container before opening it. It is also a relatively large container. It will last at least a year and a half according to the expiration date. So if you like popcorn, then this brand will definitely last you!

This popcorn seasoning has a very nice movie theater butter style flavor. I would say they got the flavor very accurate. The downside is that it is a very fine salt, even smaller than table salt, so I found it hard to evenly spread on the popcorn without it overwhelming the popcorn with the salt flavor. I pop my own popcorn, and i added the salt to the kernels before i popped them, and then again after. but the salt comes out too fast because its so fine. Next time i will try to only put a small amount on. But overall, the flavor is good, if you can apply it correctly.

I tired this movie theater butter salt and really enjoyed it. It really did give my popcorn the right touch of salt along with butter flavor. It took my popcorn to the next level. I highly recommend it , if you want to have that movie popcorn taste in the comfort of your own home !

THIS IS NOT THE MOVIE THEATRE SALT I REMEMBER. this is heart attack by salt in a bottle. BUTTER WHERE! this product is way way wayyyyy to salty. its disgusting! And trust me I love seasoned food! but when i bite intonmy popcorn i want to taste POPCORN ,AND BUTTER . JUST A DAB of this product in your bag an it taste like you're eating salt rocks! COMPLETELY RUINED A GOOOF BAG OF POPCORN

The container is a great family size. Easy to use. I tasted right out the container and did not like it. It was more salty than buttery. And that was disappointing because I use this brand. The kettle corn one is amazing. I then tried it on popcorn and still salty not buttery. It may be for some but not me.

My kids love this stuff already. We made some popcorn and sprinkled some on top of the popcorn, definitely gave the popcorn more flavor. I was very surprised how big the actual bottle is. I like that it taste just like movie butter popcorn, great flavor.
