More then expected very surprised

We ordered this unit with the mindset that it could be used as a temporary power source in the house with lights and fans since we live in Northeast Fl and with several hurricanes and thunderstorms we wanted something quick and easy to use to go with our gas generator. The day it was delivered we were very surprised on how small it was and I admit I was skeptical. We charged the unit and the next morning plugged in a 60 watt energy efficient bulb at 7 a.m.. The read out on the station said it was pulling 10 watts not expecting much 12 hrs later the unit registered that it was still half charged with the bulb still on at this point this unit made it point that it is reliable. I was very surprised that this little unit lasted so long even though it states up to 21 hrs. My wife was extremely happy to know that she now has a unit that is portable and easy to use and immediately texted several of her friends about the unit. This unit is now in our hurricane prep area, recharged and ready for use.

Did not work

We bought this power station to use as part of our families camping outfit. We really researched these and felt like this one was the best option for us. After following the directions carefully before first use, our unit was fully charged and ready to go prior to us setting out for a family camping trip. During our first night, our unit only held a 30 minute charge. The next day, I recharged the unit with a solar panel, but in spite of the screen reading that it was receiving a charge, it would not operate. It could very well be our unit was faulty. Too bad.

Smaller range portable power

I have a Honda 1000 watt, harbor freight 600 watt, and this Westinghouse 300 watt. The Westinghouse is better than the harbor freight, but the Honda has eco mode and regular mode which makes it more versatile and have had the Honda for years no problems but the Westinghouse is light duty for sure. Still a good product

Unreliable garbage - charged once, re-charged- dea

Bought this for wildfire safety. Absolute garbage. Charged upon receipt, checked light, display ok. Pulled out recently in advance of a potential power shut off for wildfire risk - seemed to charge as display was on. After 20 hours, unplug and its dead nothing. Charged more - display on while charging fine. Unplug - nothing. What a piece of junk, so glad we didn't have outage. I recommended this to others in my community for safety and now I feel bad.

Bought four of these

Plugged it in to charge it up, the unit would say it's charged, then after I remove the plug, got no power from the unit. Plugged it back in again, and battery meter showed the battery was dead. I repeated the process again to charge the unit, and again the battery would be dead in less than 30 seconds.

Did not work when I had a power outage!

I purchased this last December and charged it with no problem to get it ready for when I would need it, although I didn't plug anything in at that time. The flashlight worked just fine. 3 months later I recharged it so that it would be ready because I have multiple power outages here and I used to have a Stanley FatMax which I could plug a lamp into, but the fuses in it blew and I wanted this one for the same thing, plugging in a lamp when the power goes out. I had a couple power outages in the summer, but they were during the day and only lasted a short time, so I didn't need the lamp. Then, in October I had a power outage lasting all day. I took this power station out of the box and plugged in a lamp--and nothing. Even the flashlight would not go on. I was upset, but thought that somehow the power had leaked out, though it was back in the box the entire time. After the power outage was fixed, I plugged it in to recharge it. After a couple hours i looked as though it was finished so I unplugged it and tried the flashlight--NOTHING!!! I became very upset but I knew I couldn't deal with the problem at that time, because I was just freaking out, as I live alone and there is nobody to help me. Today I decided I better deal with it. There is an off/on button that is supposed to light up (which I have never seen lit because it is too dim) and I figured maybe I had left it on and all the power leaked out, so I took it out and plugged it in to recharge. It looked, again, like it was charging, but at the end it was at ZERO and while it was charging I saw the light on, but it was too dim to see unless you got down next to it. I turned it off. However, once I disconnected the charging cord, there was no light when I tried to turn it on. The flashlight didn't even work. I hope I can get a refund because I am unable to deal with this problem.
