I purchased 4 new tires upon the recommendation of the garage I go to. 11 months later, after only **14,000 miles**, I have bald patterns throughout the tread, and will require new tires heading in to the Midwest winter. These tires are marketed to last 70,000 miles, minimum. And because my husband is able to do some mechanical maintenance on my car and has for years all rotations and mechanical fixes aren't documented at a garage - so my warranty is null and void. How frustrating! My Dad sold Bridgestone tires for 40+ years before retiring and when he looked at them this weekend he was very disappointed. So. Frustrated.

These tires have great points and awful points. The good: traction on these tires are fantastic. Amazing stopping distance in wet and dry weather. Also, if you enjoy feeling the road, you will like these tires, you can feel the difference very clearly of different roads. The bad: you can feel everything with these tires, they are only a smooth/comfortable ride on fresh asphalt, anything other than that you can feel everything through the car and in some instances hear it. My tires also hit a resonance frequency at exactly 43 mph, and they hum exceptionally loud at that speed and vibrate the seats, building from 40 and gone by 45 on most road types. I have had the tires balanced 3 times and the alignment checked, everyone claims it is absolutely the tires causing it. If you want great traction and detailed feeling of all road types these tires are for you. If you want a smooth and quiet ride, my preference, stay very far away from these tires. My biggest annoyance with it is that the rating say comfort should be high,and it absolutely is not.

Already left a review for other car. Bought two sets. My new favorite all-season tire. Make sure they have plenty of air - like 40 pounds or they may flat-spot when parked and cause car to shake as if tires are out of balance. Some have complained of noise. I'm not noticing these tires being at all noisy vs the dozens of other sets I have driven on. This is a new offering but I'm fully expecting the performance of these to trounce the current category leader which is Michelin CrossClimate2.

I can't really give a totally fair review but they appear to have a good aggressive tread design with plenty of sipping which should be good for winter and ice driving. We have put on about 350 miles on the tires so far and they ride very well, grip well and are quieter than the original equipment tires. There is a bit of oversteer with these tires that is slightly noticeable compared to the original probably due to their increased grip. Both I and my wife feel comfortable with them so far.

I had high hopes for these tires, first winter they performed great in snowy conditions. However, the tread life was a huge disappointment! Only lasted 13 months and 25,000 miles before needing replacement. Supposed to be a 70,000 mile tire. With the limited warranty I only received half of the tire cost back towards new tires, install, road hazard all extra costs. Definitely do NOT recommend these tires! You lost me as a customer, Bridgestone.

Switched from pro contact by continental to these, not sure if it was because my old tires were worn (unevenly) but turning is so much easier in these. Maybe it's because they are brand new, it's taking some getting used to. Slight rumble when driving above 40mph. But continentals did that too. Nothing major. Excited to see how they do in the rain/snow.

So far the WeatherPeak's have met or exceeded my expectations! I swapped out the stock Yokohamas immediately on my brand new Subaru as I could tell they just wouldn't survive a Minnesota winter. I commute 100 miles a day on a sketchy stretch of highway that frequently produces blizzard like conditions. I needed a tire that would perform well not only on ice & snow but also on dry pavement during the summer months. I also needed a tire that was quiet, comfortable, durable, handled well and provided good gas mileage. The WeatherPeak's checked all the boxes and I'm very happy with my buying decision. I not sure about the durability as I've only put about 1000 miles on them to date, with a 70,000 mile warranty I'm assuming they'll hold up.

Replaced some excellent Continentals with these. Only have a few hundred miles on these and honestly I was concerned about the tread pattern maybe leaving a lot to be desired in dry conditions. So far, my concerns were unfounded. These have been very, very good.

After researching the 3 peak mountain snow rated tires Michelin (CrossClimate 2), BFGoodrich (Advantage T/A Sport LT), and Bridgestone Weatherpeaks we decided on the Bridgestones. After our first set failed to balance correctly, 2 separate tire shops performed a road force balance showing that 3 out of 4 tires were out of round. They replaced them with 4 new ones and found that these were still out of round. Our Honda Odyssey vibrates at 60-70mph, which was not present on the OEM Bridgestone Turanzas these replaced. Very disappointed and will be going with one of the other brands when it comes time to replace.

Replaced the Firestone FT140s that came from the factory at 42k miles. They gave a harsh ride with lousy snow traction and hydroplaning on wet roads. I love everything about these 215R50-17 Weatherpeak tires except my highway mileage has dropped from 43mpg to 37mpg. Haven't tried them in snow/ice yet, but they are incredible in heavy rain with standing water. Quiet, great feel, and they absorb bumps well. Fingers crossed that they last as well as the warranty indicates.
