When it's standing up and lit up, it is beautiful. Unfortunately, the wind took it down and broke off the middle main pole. It is unrepairable and I'm out over $200, after only about 2 months of use. I'm not happy at all.

Great height. Limited color option compared to Govee. Despite anchoring correctly, and adding extra anchors, this did not last longer than 3 months in the wind. We even put boulders on the bottom plate to keep from tipping over, but the bottom springs bent and the pole snapped in half. Returned to store.

I bought one of these last year, and came back for two more this year! They are my favorite outdoor Christmas decor I've ever purchased. There are SO many settings. I suggest purchasing ground stakes to put through the holes at the bottom of each light strand. It holds everything in place, and unfortunately, they do not come with the tree. All the neighbors love them! Definitely worth it!

The tree was absolutely stunning and we received many compliments. However, after a few windy days we woke up to find the light strands had snapped loose in a couple places and the tree lost its shape and the springs stretched out and it collapsed. We only had it up for 4 weeks.

My wife and I saw this one and were impressed. We shopped for a couple of weeks looking at other similar products but this one was the winner. Assembly is easy, good instructions, 2 people are highly recommended. Once it's assembled, WOW! It's bright and it's beautiful. The star on top is nice big and bright. 65 different patterns, independent control of the star. Honestly I've never seen an outdoor LED tree like this one. It's like having your own personal light show.

STOP...Don't buy this tree...remote or controller will NOT work and I have been on the phone for 2 hours and company will NOT do anything...Lady told me you had to stand next to the tree for the remote to work...Lady don't know where you are taking the call from but that is NOT what a remote is for......The tree is beautiful...if only the customer service was good

Easy to set up. Heavy metal tree that withstands weather. Offers a Beautiful lightshow at night. We love all the different modes & themes which makes it nice for different holidays if you prefer to leave it up. The only negative thing we experienced is that after it was put up the star would night light up with the rest of the tree. The remote did not come with a battery so buyer beware a cr2032 battery is needed. But even with the remote we were still unable to get the star to light once put up which is kind of a bummer to have a tree with no star. Overall design is nice and is a great holiday decoration especially if your star works.

I would love to give this tree 5 stars. It was easy to assemble and is absolutely beautiful! Had it set up for about 1 week and the remote stopped working. Contacted customer service and they are sending a new remote in 4-6 weeks, which is great, but Christmas will be over by then. Told myself I can deal with it. I will just have to change the setting with the control box attached to the tree. Now the control box doesn't work, and it's stuck on a solid red tree. Contacted customer service again, asked if it's possible to get a full replacement. Was told they don't replace the whole product, but they would send the light string with the control box attached to it. I paid $200 for a working tree, not one I have to attempt to fix. In my opinion this is not how you stand behind your products and strive for customer satisfaction.

within 5 days of having this tree up 2 strings of lights just quit working. now 3 weeks later we have 4 strings not working. IF they do randomly work they are a completely different color and pattern. need to return it but unfortunately it's frozen into the ground with anchors. it's also extremely hard to keep upright without a lot of extra support and string.

Tree itself is beautiful. It is not made for weather. I had to add extra anchors to hold it down, but the wind has caused the coils to stretch and it looks like it's leaning. Such a disappointment for as expensive as it was. Now it's sold out and I can't even try and exchange it. It didn't even last a whole month and make it to Christmas.
