Wow! My entire family, including my daughters 8 and 10 years old, LOVED this! I usually cook everything from scratch, so I was hesitant to purchase this. However, I was amazed at how good this is. I followed the super easy heating instructions on the package, and the turkey turned out moist, juicy, and flavorful. I cut the turkey with my electric carving knife into thin slices. I served it warm. We have a lot of leftovers, and this turkey will make great sandwiches.

Looks like Sam's changed their product out on this SKU and instead of getting a decent sized turkey breast I could slice up and serve for my family of 3 for the holidays I got a tiny little thing the size of my fist for slicing into sandwich meat. Not impressed.

Tasty and moist

This turkey breast was easy and delicious! It was moist and tender. It sliced easily and didn't beg for gravy to keep from tasting dry. It cooks in about an hour (15 minutes per pound). It's small enough to fit in a toaster oven instead of taking up an entire range oven. It was so easy that we'll be having turkey year round, not just at Thanksgiving. I'm never going back to whole turkeys!

Loved this for a small family get-together. The wrapping was so clever and made for easy opening. With a little butter and fresh herbs, this cooked up beautifully. I recommend using a meat thermometer that stays in the oven and beeps when the meat reaches the appropriate temp. Please bring this back for the Christmas season!

Delicious, moist and fork tender (if sliced against the grain). This is the ideal size for a small family. We find it easier to warm up slices in the microwave as we need them. Like a good steak, turkey breast should be sliced against the grain. Since the grain runs from top to bottom, the turkey breast should be sliced horizontally, which normally wouldn't be easy to do. Fortunately, there is a simple trick. First, divide the breast in half lengthwise by slicing vertically. With a flat side down, cut individual slices to the desired thickness vertically. You will be slicing against the grain, and the slices will be fork tender.
