These are a great way to add protein, prefer the vanilla over the chocolate... but Sam's only offers this one flavor. The taste of this brand is far superior to all other protein drinks I have tried.

The drink has a rich chocolate flavor, very smooth and easy to swallow. I am looking forward to warm weather to use this with frozen fruit and whirled in a blender. It is a little pricey.

I bought this without checking the expiration date. Thinking that Sam’s club rotates their product often. When I got home, I found out it had expired seven months prior. Sam’s Club is not an easy drive and I don’t go there often but I have it and I’m going to return it.

As an RN and Nutritional Counselor, I know most Americans don't get enough protein. As we get older we need more protein than when we are younger. Most if us get too much sugar and carbs. The reason I like this protein shake it is very low in sugar and high in bioavailable protein at a good price. Plus it has a pretty good taste.
