I use this to normalize my system due to the medications and suppliments I take routinely. I seems to work well with no aftertaste. The taste of raw turmeric is nasty.

I haven't taken it long enough to know if it helps me lose weight but I am happy it doesn't burn all the way down which other pills have done so I think I will stay with it.

I use this product for old knee injuries that almost had me so that I could barely walk. Now I (a little over a year later) am doing much better and hopefully will keep improving even more.
