I use the product once a day for aching knee. After a couple of days, the pain subsided. I now use Qunol daily for maintenance purposes.

This product is a fantastic substitute for the pill version of this product...AND the taste is pretty good as well. Love it!

I have used this product for awhile now and my inflammation has gone down. I do not hurt as much as I did.

I've used NSAIDS for joint pain caused by years of long distance running. Turmeric works better without the side effects.
