I take it twice a day and walk 4.2 miles and spend 1 hour in the weight room. No health issues and able to live a happy, healthy life.

This product works.It has really helped my joints.They do not hurt or sweet as much.This is a big relief for me to remain active.

I take this for general aches and pains throughout the day. I just started using the 1500mg gels and already feel a difference !

The product is great. Helps me with the inflammation in my right knee. Once i take it daily I have no issue with pain in my knee.

Other than the size of the pill (kind of large in my opinion), this product is wonderful and i felt the benefits almost immediately.
