Easiest way to take it as I do not like the taste of Turmeric! I trust this brand as I have been taking their CoQ10 product for years.

taste is ok but the product does stain (hands clothe ect). to completely use the full measure one must add water at least twice. not a big deal.

I have such a hard time swallowing big pills. Although these are large the coating really helps them slide down.
