I take 2 pills a day now instead of the liquid Turmeric.. although I liked the taste of the liquid, this is just easier.

taste is ok but the product does stain (hands clothe ect). to completely use the full measure one must add water at least twice. not a big deal.

I take this daily. I suffer from cases of bursitis but this helps my body balance out my inflammatory system where now I suffer bursitis a lot less.
