I take 15 ml every morning. It tastes great so you don't have to mix it in water or juice. I really like this product

Take it once a day and can tell the difference especially in my hands and finger, it gives me a lot of relief

I have doubts that it actually is working I've been taking it for over 8 months and still experiencing joint pain.
