I take Turmeric every day along with a smoothie and it keeps my arms from hurting. I will always use Qunol Turmeric

I just mix it with 8 oz of water and drink it. It tastes so good and it gives you energy. The ingredients are all natural.

I have taken this product for 3 months, stopped taking it to see if felt any difference, pain came back taking it again. Won't stop again it works
