I am using it daily in our morning breakfast smoothie instead of powdered Turmeric. Easy to use without worrying for for Turmeric stains.

I love to take the tumeric and liquid CoQ10 after gym. It is truly soothing and makes me feel excellent. It is truly satisfying.
