Started this over a year ago when my new doctor recommended it. Not sure how to measure its impact, but just retired, am 80 years old, and ride my bicycle 19 miles almost every day, so I am glad I haver the energy and focus to be that functional.

Use as a natural anti inflammatory choice along with other supplements. Only reason gave it four stars was its added ingredients such as soy products.

This product has so many benefits. I have only been using it a short time and already feel better. So much research has gone into Tumeric as being a great product to take.
