I take this with calcium and vitamin D every day in order to maintain joint and bone health. It's easy, goes down well and I'm really happy with my purchase.

I take 1000 mg of this product each day after breakfast. It doesn't make my joint problems go away but it does seem to help on my recovery time after I have exerted myself.

Easy absorption without any queasy after effects. Although the pills are a little large, no problems ingesting them. I'd definitely recommend this product!
