I consistently used this product daily for a year. I ran out and didn't repurchase. Big mistake, I noticed joints aches within a few weeks of discontinuing.

I take one every morning. Found out it was better to buy it from Qunol on line than in the store. I get 4 times as much for almost the same price as a 30 ct bottle.

I feel the quality of the product for the cost is great and feel it has been a good supplement for me following hip replacement surgery as well as underlying arthritis.
