The pill is large, but well shaped and smooth so it goes down easily. Some turmeric does not account for the absorption issues. Bought in the large bottle it is a good value.

I never noticed a difference while taking this Turmeric., BUT when I ran out and didn't have it, I noticed a HUGE difference in my joint discomfort. I never run out anymore!
