I take two 1,000 mg pills a day....One pill in the early day and one with dinner. Within a few weeks, this is what I find. After sitting on my sofa for an hour or more, I would get up so stiff. I'm a 75 Year old woman and in great shape, but it took a minute to be able to walk without this painful stiffness. Now when I get up, that stiff feeling is mostly gone! I cannot attribute it to anything but the Qunol! I thank Dr. Stork for my reason to take Quonol. I figured that if he takes Quonol, it has to be good, and, obviously, it is! I don't think I'll ever stop with this one!

I have been using Qunol Turmeric for three weeks, two capsules per day. There has been noticeable improvement in the finger joints of my right hand. Side effects discussed in other reviews are not present. I have notice no side effects during the last three weeks. Prior to taking Qunol Turmeric, I was taking 4 ibuprofen tablets several times a day. Currently I am not taking any ibuprofen to reduce pain. The index finger of my right hand was painful to extend fully. After three weeks of taking the turmeric I can extend the index finger fully without discomfort. I have always been a skeptic of using similar supplements. Based on my experience with Qunol Turmeric, I will order more and continue to take the two capsules per day.

I take 1 pill every evening with supper. I absolutely love this product. Before taking this pill, I had been waking up 3 - 4 nights/week with excruciating hip pain. It was becoming unbearable. With only the 2nd pill, I had relief. It was a miracle. For the 1st time in over 6 months, I was able to sleep the night thru without awakening in pain. I also have a bad right knee. After awhile, I realized that my knee was no longer hurting me and I attribute that to the Turmeric also. This pill has changed my life - no more waking up in extreme hip pain plus I am able to exercise again now that my knee no longer hurts. Thank you Qunol!

Ive notice that joint paint that would show up unexpectedly has all but stopped. Nothing else has changed in my life except taking this product. I've been on it for 3 months now and will continue. The only warning I would put out there is slowness in shipping after order. Plan ahead when reordering so you don't run out.

I love this stuff! I started out with the liquid turmeric and it was great but kind of inconvenient. So I decided to try the pills hoping they would do the same. I am doing things I haven't done in 3 years like yardwork, exercising, grocery shopping as a few examples. My husband is thrilled and will keep purchasing the turmeric for me. Try it and make sure you give it a chance. Mine didn't help right off the bat. It took a while to build up in my body.

From the very first dose I felt a difference in my pain!!This stuff is magic and I'm NOT exaggerating even a little... I have stopped taking ibuprofen! It's been a whyle since I have been taking Qunol extra strength TURMERIC curcumin complex 1000mg capsules and I haven't noticed any side effects, and since I do take 5-6 miles walks every morning Qunol looks like it is taking care of my joints, becouse I do not have any inflammation in my legs or shoulders.

This is one wonderful soft get. My husband and I take one every morning and it does help keep the pain away from the spine (I had spine surgery) and the joints. My husband had open heart surgery and cancer of the lung, and it sure does help him with his pain.

Straight from the company, you'd think they would send the freshest. I had some "old" that I had bought over a year ago (from a different seller) that had a later expiration date than the stuff Qunol sent me recently! Their 'new' product expiration date was around 6 months.

I have been an avid fan of Turmeric for years. Qunol definitely makes a huge difference in the efficacy of the Turmeric. I work LONG hours in a very physical environment and inflamation and pain go with the territory. The times that I run out are VERY noticeable.
