We had been using a name brand powder turmeric for over a year before we tried this stuff. We had been impressed with the CoQ10 so we decided to try this . My husband and I both noticed that this stuff makes a difference, a huge difference. It took about 2 days and we both noticed a difference. I have bad knees and this stuff has put my knees back at the level they were 20 years ago. We will not be out of this stuff ever again.

I have taken Curcumin supplements for many years. I was aware that 50 to 75% or more of most supplements are not absorbed well and are lost in the digestion process. It is this absorption ability which make Qunol unique. It is satisfying to know you are getting practically all the health values of this product. Also 1000mg Tumeric complex is more than the 800 frequently recommended as a daily curcumin supplement.

I take this once a day to help with joint pain. I was able to carve a ten foot totem pole after turning 66 and retiring as a hospital nurse. I have been able to move freely every day. I have also been able to volunteer at a horse rescue 3 times a week with minimal joint pain.

I take 2 1000 capsules in the morning everyday. I needed relief from inflammation in both knees. After one month I could see and feel the difference. I also take these with Apple Cider Vinegar pills and Glucosamine. I have mobility and an active life again at age 63 after the orthopedic surgeon told me I would never be active again!

I started taking this product once my hands and feet started swelling due to other conditions I have. I had read the benefits and it mentioned swelling. About two days after I started taking it, I could actually see the swelling go down. It started in the tips of my fingers and it was just moved up my whole hand. I could see my knuckles and hand were swollen then, the next day, it was back to normal just like my fingers. Great product. Have already recommended it to other people. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this for a couple of days and I haven't noticed much with my inflammation. But it's only been 4 days. One thing I do love is how awesome the labeling is along with the clear facts on the bottle. I do wish it wasn't so expensive though.

I have taken this product in capsule form for many years and am switching to the liquid for more absorbance and to eliminate one more supplement in capsule form. I have always trusted this brand and have found nothing that comes close to its effectiveness.

I take 2 capsules every morning after breakfast. I have had bad inflammation now for quite some time leading to chronic pain with arthritis. It has only been 2 weeks but I am thinking that I can now hobble around without my walker. Qunol is the only thing different that I'm doing. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 only because I am not 100% convinced its the Qunol yet. Will review every time I finish a bottle, which is every 2 weeks. Here's hoping......
