We started with the liquid Tumeric and loved it. Changed to capsules for traveling ease. Love it!

It works, but you only need to take one capsule, or 500 mg.

i use 2 a day and i feel like its doing good so far. This is my first bottle of this.

Qunol does help with aches and pains. I have tried other brands but nothing works as well as Qunol.

I take two, once a day. It has reduced pain in my lower back and hips.
