This fireplace looks awesome. I’ll start with the pros… appears to be well built but also makes it extremely heavy, around 450lbs. Aside from moving it around into place, easy to set up. Comes with a nice heavy duty cover to protect when not in use. Also puts off a good amount of heat. Push button (battery) igniter worked well. Now some cons….does not come with natural gas conversion kit (I believe they sell one separately). Think it would have been nice to come with some sort of wheels instead of the adjustable feet it has. Lastly, the propane cabinet needs a latch. If the bottle isn’t positioned in a certain way, the hose wants to force the drawer open a bit. A little repositioning of the tank was able to fix though. Overall, it adds a nice ambiance and comfort to our backyard and I would recommend this product

I had two.deliverys and both fireplaces were damaged. I spent money to have the fireplace delivered to my back yard due to the weight of the fireplace. Long short end of story I am at a loss without a fireplace. The Sam's Club staff were unprofessional and not knowledgeable. They did not care what my experience in purchasing the fire place was.
