Nice cake at a decent price

They didn’t decorate the cake for a graduation as ordered. I was handed a plain white cake with the name just written on the second tier. The frosting border was the wrong color. I had to ask them to add graduation decor. They took it to the back and just threw the graduation stuff on it. I contacted customer support and they offered a $5 gift card for the inconvenience. What’s the purpose in ordering ahead of time and customizing only to receive the order done so incorrectly.

So many mistakes

The cake was delicious but the decoration wasn’t like the picture in the book.  Wasn’t happy about that but it was picked up by my daughter and she didn’t notice that. Too late to go back and change it.
