Unit purchased for garage organization and it functions wonderfully for that besides looking great. The packing of this unit was 10+, with absolutely no damage. In fact, it took longer to unpackage the unit then to install shelves and feet. Built so well I expect it to last many, many years.

I decided to finish/upgrade my garage a few months back. The upgrade included finishing/painting the fire-code taped drywall, installing new lights, and consolidating my tools which were disbursed between various low grade tool chests, home-made drawers, and pegboard. I purchased two of these cabinets and use one primarily for mechanic tools and the other for wood shop tools. The drawer cabinets are solid and perfectly square. This enabled them to be installed precisely between two storage cabinets and to accept a hardwood work surface with no fuss. I underestimated the benefit I would realize from the drawer dividers that are included when I was shopping for these cabinets. They allowed me to maximize the useful space of each drawer and to categorize my tools in such a way that they are easy to locate when I open the drawers. The drawers are easy to remove and reinstall and the soft close feature eliminates the "banging" typically encountered with steel tool chests when the doors are closed.

I have purchased several other brands of storage cabinets over the years and they just haven't held up from delivery to use. I purchased the New Age product and when it was delivered it took two strong people and a dolly to move. Once installed where I wanted it and after putting items in it, I'm well pleased. Yes, it's heavy, but well built. I especially like the lock. Although you can put the unit flat on the ground I suggest you mount the adjusting legs on. Unless the floor is absolutely level there will be a little sway and it may rust without the adjusting legs. The legs will keep the unit off the ground and it will be easier to level and move into it's final resting position. I will be purchasing addition units of various sizes as time and cost allows.

The good: materials used in construction are very good, finish was even and well applied, shelves slide nicely in and out. The bad: out of the four cabinets ordered, one had the shelf poorly mounted, so that the back corner was not square with the other three. It still slides in and out fine, but is not level. Out of the four cabinets, two had doors that could not be brought into alignment where the vertical chrome handles had their tops at the same level (about 1/16" off); if the handles were dark it would not be noticeable, but since they are chrome it is pretty easily to spot. Finally, the plastic finish piece on one of the handles had to be glued into place to keep it from falling out.

Hi, Workbench space: - shipped with no dents dings - instructions are clear - extra screws - flexible configuration options Notes: - use the side bolt to hold units together horizontally. It help alignment and strength - I opted to bolt in shelves for more weight capacity - all 3 small drawers have slots for dividers. I didn’t know this. Great feature to separate wrenches, screen drivers, etc - we’ll see how the bamboo work top holds up, but optimistic - small gotcha the lighting config assume shelves are level horizontally and lights are interconnected in series, but the interconnection cable is approx 6-7 inches, not long enough to go vertical like my picture of middle unit Storage: - it’s a 2 person job to inbox, add corner feet and put interesting place - I just did shelves but there are 3 options; shelves, hooks, or rod for hanging clothes. They can be mixed and matched. - there is a hole at the bottom to run an electrical cable up(I didn’t use it but good option )

I wish this was an option on the Bold series combos. My cabinets are ~6" from the wall due to a gas line and dryer duct. The width of this table accounts for the offset and is flush with the wall allowing for the lower cabinets to be spaced away from the wall.

Fantastic quality and shipped right to my garage. All I had to do was install feet and put a screw in the back so they don't tip forward. Came completely assembled.
