This playset was delivered with a bracket missing. The company who came to assemble it said we should be getting notification when the missing part came in. I paid 500$ to have it assembled before my grandsons birthday. That day has come and gone. I know once it is completely assembled he will get years of enjoyment out of it, but I paid a high price for it and am very disappointed that there was a piece missing.

We bought this set a few months ago for our 3 children. I was so excited for them to play on it. While it is very sturdy, it is not safe at all. The tower is super high off the ground. We figured a quick fix would be to block the openings for the Rockwall until our youngest is able to go up and down safely. But then we came across a bigger problem. The slide is way to fast for our 2 youngest daughter's who absolutely love to slide. We thought maybe we could purchase a slide that is spiral or enclosed to slow down the speed but that cost almost as much as the play set itself. I am sad that my daughter's are unable to use this set. Wish I would have been aware of these issues to begin with, I would have never made this purchase.

We just finished putting this up today. We purchased this for our grandchildren. They love it. Took a few days to get it all together, but everything was labeled well. Watching the kids play on it this evening we had a scary moment. My grandson was playing in the lower "fort" as they call it and my granddaughter was swinging. My grandson stuck his head out the cutout window and thank goodness I yelled for him not to do that because my granddaughter would of swung right into him. Now I have this fear of that happening again with the other grandchildren. So my husband is thinking what to do for this situation, cause I'm sure someone is going to stick their head out that cutout part again while someone is swinging.

We have had this play set for a year now. Our kids (and the neighborhood kids) all love playing on it. We compared this to the other play set available and picked this because there was no huge gap between the climbing wall and the play set floor for children to fall down. we also like the look of the play set and that it is different then all the others out there. Other reviews have complained about the top step of the ladder, Our 2 year old twins are small and have both never had a problem with climbing up. We have no complaints about this at all. Hands down the best purchase we have made for the kids. We had no problems with the installation. My husband and I put it together in a Saturday (I am not handy at all). We did put some things together ahead of time so it would go faster (the roof, the ladder, the rock walls...). As long as you read the instructions and make sure you have the right parts it goes smoothly. Our kids love it!

I feel bad rating this with 1 star because I really give it a 4 overall. Except I want people to be away! My parents bought this set for the grandkids. My kids okay with it all the time. And have complained and cried when walking up or down the slide that it's hot! Well today when all the kids were playing my 2 year old nephew climbed up the slide and started screaming. We ran over to grab him off and to my horror the pads of his feet were raw. The slide burned his feet so bad! We ran him in and soaked them but decided he needed medical attention. He has 2nd degree burns on both feet! Had to be put under given morphine and had his feet scrapped and wrapped. He goes to the burn unit tomorrow! He can't walk for 4-6 weeks! Guys this is so so scary! And burns are nothing to mess around with. The saddest part is today's high was 77 degrees in Utah. The slide got that hot! Please please be cautious! Wet the slide wear pants. Don't let your babies get burned!!!

First of all the set comes in a giant wooden crate, we now need to dispose of. Most of the holes don't align, so a step that should take 5 minutes can take over an hour. Then there is a step where you need o drill through metal. I don't have a drill strong enough to do that. We're Pretty much over building this thing and my poor kids are heartbroken. I don't know if we got faulty parts or what, but this does not take 8 hours to build. We've spent our entire weekend on this and we haven't even gotten the roof on the tower on. Nightmare!

Bought this almost 4 years ago for grandchildren. Poles have rusted through and the set in unusable.
