We had to add extra runners in the ladder so as the 2 year old could also use it. The children love climbing up the top to watch the kangaroos grazing in the reserve behind us. The only issue we had is the slide holding heat ..... we live in Queensland Australia. ..... but a shade sail has rectified that.

After my Grandchildren"s play set was damaged from Hurricane Irma winds I called to get replacement parts. Cameron at customer service got me the manual to identified the parts and sent it by email. After identifying the parts i required Cameron got me a quote and delivery time for the parts. The whole process was seamless and he promptly placed my order with a e mail confirmation. Great Customer Service!!!!

It took us quite some time, but between our ages and Texas summertime heat, we took it slowly. Very pleased with the quality from start to finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After numerous cheap metal swing sets and then wooden set that did not last five years I stopped being cheap and got this set for my three kids. I put it together by myself 5 hours the first day and another five hours the second day. It took some ingenuity. I had a friend help me lift the roof up onto the top and thats it. Kids love it. Money well spent.

Time spent building was well worth it as this seems to be a solid playground swing-set that both of my boys are loving! A+ Lifetime. All of the products I have purchased from you have been quality made!

When assembling our playground we discovered some pieces that didn't fit together properly. When we called for assistance, the technician was very knowledgeable and ready to help. When we came to the conclusion it was a manufacturing problem, the technician sent us a whole new part. We will definitely buy from you guys again

Just built it yesterday. Seems like it will last very long time. Kids love it. The swings are way too close together. My kids are almost colliding every time. I had to take one of the swings off. You have to swing perfectly straight to not collide and five year olds don't always do that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 grandchildren would have a blast playing on this Lifetime Adventure Tower. There are so many activities that several children can play on it at the same time so no one is left out of having fun! I love the safety features including the heat resistant materials and the covered edges.

We are extremely disappointed that our playlet is already rusting. Water seeps in between the areas where metal is attached to metal and is impossible to dry out. This is after we covered all metal pieces with rust prevention spray during assembly. We chose this playset because it was supposed to be less maintenance than wood but that was a huge mistake. Of course the Lifetime website does not allow you to add photos or else I could show you the numerous spots and joints this thing is already rusting. I can only hope someone from Lifetime will reach out ASAP and try to make this right.

The instructions are not the best and apparently there was an update to the parts list that the instructions did not include. Delivery was fast and the driver was very helpful. The pallet is about 10 feet long and 4 feet wide. Kids are happy and that is all that's important. Took about a day to put together.
