[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three years ago. My girls love it and I bought it because metal is supposed to last longer then wood. Some random metal has started to rust like on the swing chains and a small part on a support bar but lifetime has stood behind their product for that reason I am giving it 5! I love lifetime and a company that stands behind their products. I won't buy anywhere else for my outdoor stuff.

We bought this for the grandkids. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it was very well constructed and reasonably easy to assemble... you need two people, but one man can do most of it. Actually did a partial assembly at another location, the tower and swing support sections. Then hualed it in after dark and assembled completely to surprise the grandkids. Yes, we putthis up after dark, only took about three hours for Papa and Dad with mom holding a work light! Well worth the money, and the grandkids were stunned to see it sitting in the yard Christmas morning! Oh weather was unusually warm so we worked in shirt-sleeves to do this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished assembly of the adventure tower playset this weekend that I ordered online. For the most part I was excited to get this because it appeared much better quality than the standard cedar ones found in the big box stores. Unfortunately, I got different parts than were shown in product detail pictures and that are shown in the lifetime assembly videos online. 1) Most significantly, the swing bar came in two pieces, vs. the one piece that I was expecting. You can actually see it shift back and forth at the connection when weight is put on the inner vs outer trapeze bar (yes, fasteners are adequately tightened). I can only guess they shortened the bar to make it easier to ship, but this is an unacceptable quality compromise. 2) The roof was a different design (octogon vs round) and I believe much more difficult to assemble than the ones shown in the assembly videos online. Some of the included hardware was just too short. 3) The swing A frame comes in multiple pieces as well. This has more of a force fit than the swing bar so it seems more structurally sound, but it still had a few extra confusing assembly steps. 4) The slide I received came in two pieces, and appears less curvy than what is pictured in the many product pictures out there. The connection seems sound, but I specifically went with this product to avoid multi-piece slides so common in other play sets. Overall, I was excited about this purchase because many people seem happy with this set, but I guess due to cost savings measures they have changed the product for the worse. I find the two piece swing bar especially disappointing given the quality I was expecting.

Purchased this awesome swing set for my grandsons in May from a MN location. The quality is great & they love it, but working with the contracted installer, GoConfigure, was a nightmare! It took 3 weeks before an install date was available, & they required payment in advance of the actual install. On the day of the install because rain was forecasted, they refused to begin the install. (Even refusing so much as to unbox it in the garage & haul the packaging away. I think being Memorial Day weekend may have played into the installer's refusal to work on the swing set.) Instead of coming back the next day, we were put back onto the wait list & had to wait another week to have the play equipment installed. GoConfigure's customer service department was rude & of no help. They refused to let me speak to any supervisors, & their district manager never called me as requested. After doing a little online investigating, I discovered GoConfigure received an F rating by the Illinois Better Business Bureau & had 37 complaints. Reviews on YELP were also horrendous, receiving a 1 1/2 stars out of 5. In the end they finally installed the set & it's great, but not without a lot of hassles! I also think $500 for pick up, delivery & install was high; averaging about $100 an hour for the privilege of poor & rude customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially purchased and built this playset last summer for my son. He absolutely loved it, as did his mom and I. Unfortunately, over the course of the winter, we had some pretty bad winds one night and the playset was torn from its anchors and tossed across our yard. As a family, we were heartbroken having to tell our son that his swing set was gone, but after contacting Lifetime, they sent us an entirely new set under warranty. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. Needless to say, when I built this for a 2nd time, I double anchored every pole down so now I'm pretty sure it'll survive anything mother nature can throw at it. I would recommend purchasing the extra set of anchors if you live in wind prone areas as the playset only comes with 2. Overall, we could not be happier with this playset and company!

Missing some hardware to finish the roof. I've called all week. They currently aren't taking calls. I've sent multiple emails, Facebook message, still nothing. Unable to complete the build on it. One star until someone contacts me about the missing hardware pieces.

This is our second playset from lifetime. We moved from our previous home but wanted another for our new backyard. We got a great Black Friday price from Sams, shipping was fast and the playset came much earlier than expected. Delivery was great, the truck driver took the boxes off the shrink wrapped pallet and rolled them into our garage. The playset is packed in 4 boxes, the instruction manual is inside a box with a label so you can locate it easily. All of the hardware is labeled in individual packages for each step and there is even a package of extra hardware in the instance one piece breaks or gets lost. Our interactions with customer service with lifetime last time were great, they sent a replacement part we needed quickly without giving us any trouble. So, if you need any help contact lifetime they are great at helping. There are seven steps total in the 95 page manual. The instructions are clear as long as you take the time to read each page. It is a big playset so it takes a long time to assemble properly, you will definitely get a workout. It took my husband and I a day and a half with our oldest son, age 12, helping. Since we had already assembled one before we already prepared ourselves mentally for the work. Sometimes a hole might not line up perfectly but that's expected with the ground underneath not being perfectly level. With some patience and ingenuity each piece will fit, we just had to take our time and think it through. All the pieces we needed were there and the kids have played and played for hours since we finished!! It's a great playset and we will always recommend lifetime playgrounds. Thank you Sam's and Lifetime for making our kids 2019 Christmas extra fun!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this playset! My 2 year old learned right away how to climb the ladder! Only gripe is with the hanging swing bar... it immediately got like water in it somehow and is leaking an orange rust thing..

We bought our playground in 2018 and it only roll our kids going up ladder and down slide one time to see how poor design it was. Clearly, they did not have kids test it. The slide has a bump in middle that causes a very uncomfortable ride down and can't understand why it is there. Honestly, it is painful to watch my kids go down. Now the ladder is also slanted in a way for kids to easily fall through. Look at others reviews/pictures to see how they had to secure with different material. All they needed was kids to test it before they manufactured this in mass. Little changes could go a long way for this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product with a few hesitations and we were proved wrong! Our first concern was if it was going to be hard to climb up the green metal ladder for our 3yr old son and 2yr old newphew. They both can climb it great and have yet to have a fall! Second I feared they would be bored with it. I was wrong again! I was super surprised just how much they have enjoyed the little car tracks on top the platform. They take their cars out their and play for literally hours. My 6yr old girl loves it and I thought she was the one who would be easily bored with it. I have been super happy with the shade the top provides because we have no trees in our yard and thankfully it keeps them and the platform cool and out of the sun! My only complaint is the slide can get pretty hot in the summer sun! My kids like to use their water toys to water it down and go down in their swimsuits, but again it does get very hot as a caution! All in all we have been very very happy with the quailty and the fun it provides!
