[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifetime makes fantastic products all the way around! This is our second jungle gym we've bought from them. The first was in the backyard of our first home and I had every intention on taking it with us when we moved, but the buyers wanted it to stay with the house. We bought this set for our new home and it is just as wonderful. Get help when putting it together though!

Being a Professional Commercial Grade Playground Equipment Designer I am extremely picky about the play equipment I let my kids play on, but unfortunately the commercial grade equipment I design costs 10s of thousands of dollars... pricing it far beyond what we could do in our back yard. I had no interest in wood sets as I've seen how quickly the age and how flimsy they tend to be. Most steel sets are poorly engineered and made of cheap, thin metal that just doesn't last. With my oldest being 10 and my youngest 10 months, I wanted to make sure it'd last. I found this set in my price range and liked it's features. It came well packaged with hardware well organized into individual cards for each stage of the assembly. This took me a week to assembly, mostly by myself, but with some help from my 10 year old, after work in the evenings. The roof was about the only part that really required 2 to get it up on top. It went together quite easily, and loved the simplicity of the tools needed. Assembled, it's quite a bit larger than it looks online and even in store with roughly a 5' deck and much taller swings than most of the cheaper steel sets. It's very sturdy (though I'm not sure I'll be climbing on it at 200+ lbs). The only suggestion I would make for design improvements is perhaps a more rigid connection for the ladder to deck. (Lifetime: Feel free to contact me to discuss) While this unit would not pass the safety inspections we are required to do in commercial playgrounds (can't have swings attached to a climbing structure), it's about as close to passing as I've seen any residential set I've seen. I highly recommend this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this for my grandkids and had it shipped to there home in Texas. My son and his wife assembled it and had thunderstorms the next day w/gusts to 40 mph. The set withstood it with no problem and the kids love it

We (finally) got this put together after about two days with 3 and sometimes 4 people working on it. The instructions are pathetic. The product is as cute as can be and the kids love it. I would recommend this if you have a lot of patience and are prepared to take apart what you put together in the last step, in two steps forward.

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. This play set comes I'm a million parts to put together. I enjoy putting things together like this so it was not a problem but others would get annoyed. There is a you tube video for set up too. Very sturdy well made play set; I've never seen one Iike this and I'm so glad I purchased it.

This is actually our second purchase of this set. We bought one for our older granddaughter last year and were so pleased with the design and quality, that we bought one for our other grandchildren's house this year. It is time consuming to assemble - 2 men - 2 days, but the directions were good and pieces packaged and labeled clearly. It is a sturdy and durable , playground quality swing set.

Directions called for 3 people to assemble, but I was able to construct it myself. It is a very durable and stable tower, and the swings are made to last—the chains have a rust-resistant coating on them. The slide is stable and has enough weight to it that it remains in place.

Playset is well designed for play, except for the ladder. That is a bit precarious. assembly is a mixed bag. The manual was good most of the time, but lacked some key details that would have made things easier. I had to figure some stuff out on my own. Fortunately, I'm pretty handy, but thise with less construction experience may need to seek help. The videos on Youtube helped too. Some holes don't quite line up and some bolts are way too short. I had to muscle a few things or dip into the extra hardware bag to make something up that would work. Assembly took me about seven hours alone. It might have gone faster if I wasn't alone and it wasn't 20F outside. I would definitely buy this again though.

We recently moved cross country and packed it up to go with (our children practically live on this set). The mover unfortunately decided to dismantle the set and subsequently lost some parts. Outstanding job by Lifetime to provide replacement parts at no cost! This is an outstanding company that knows how to treat their customers!
