Very sturdy swingset. Almost commercial quality. Took my husband about two days to build with many breaks. He reversed where the slide and ladder go, due to a gravel pathway, but it doesn't seem to matter. The swing part is a little smaller than I was envisioning, but still big enough for two to swing comfortably. The tower is big and epic. It's extremely well-made, which is great for their rough-and-tumble friends. They said they love everything about it. Will bring years of joy!

We love this swing set. It took the two of us two full days to complete assembely. Somehow we had four of the wrong screws when assembeling the roof but had our own bolts that worked great. We did have to drill through some of the holes to get them to line up perfectly to get the bolt and the nut to screw together inside the metal poles. It is very sturdy. The pieces were hot to the touch when they were in the boxes in the sun but once assembled, it is not hot to the touch. I would highly recommed this set if you have the room for it.

Had my mother and law and me on top while putting the roof on and didn't see any issue with that much weight. Doesn't move at all when kids swing.

We bought this playset in 2018 for our grandchildren. It was a lifesaver during the pandemic when schools and local playgrounds were closed. We live in AZ and get monthly lawn irrigation that rusted a couple parts. Lifetime rep. Heidi was an incredible help facilitating a couple replacement parts. This product is VERY well made and worth every penny!

Swingset seems like it will last and my 4 and 3 year old girls absolutely love it. Dealing with the shipping company almost made me want to have it returned to Sam's, but eventually we got everything sorted out with them. My husband put this together in two solid days off of work.

Item was delivered on a pallet, carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. The instructions are easy to follow. The parts are clearly labeled and hardware is packaged as needed. Grandma and dad spent about 10 hours to assemble. Grandchildren love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The playset is perfect -- installation was reasonably priced (would have been quickly installed had the weather not rained us out 3 times - but the installer was great with communication) -- and their customer service department was very efficient. I am super happy and my kids are enjoying it alot! Just wish I'd opted more a total of 4 swings to stop the arguments... :)

Such a sturdy play set, but with over 700 pieces and 88 pages of directions, it is a little cumbersome to assemble. The directions say you need 3 adults, but we had 2 and managed to get it together. We worked on it all day one day, and then a few hours on three other days. My kids, 8 and 12, love the set, they opted to leave the bar off the end and replace it with the nest swing sold at Sam's. It is definitely a quality product.

Great purchase, love it although there is a lot of assembly required and the instructions are vague at times. I found Youtube video to be really helpful. My oldest son ad myself put together in 2 days. Grand Kids love it. I was impressed with how sturdy it is.
