Its always a pleasure to use original post it notes. Despite that they cost, a little more.

I had bought a pack of bright pink after market pads. I left one on my granite countertop. Somehow it got wet. When I removed it from my countet, trying to remove the stain. Finally, after about an hour, the stain was gone! I used a heavyr, there was a 3" x 3" pink stain so embeded in the granet, I was in shock it wouldnt come out! 
A $4000.00 granite countertop job!  I was sweating it!  Finally, by soaking it in granite cleaner and covering it with a cloth, it came off stubbornly, but completely. Fweew!
So, from that lesson, Ill stick to original "post it notes" in yellow!

Worth the money in the long run.
