I took a chance on this sauce based on it not having high fructose corn syrup. To my surprise it's better than the SBR's that I have been using. Now no more high fructose corn syrup for me.

Ordered this because it states no fillers or high fructose corn syrup. It's filled with corn syrup and other questionable ingredients. Why aren't they listed on here?

Used to make my own BBQ sauce, but a friend gave me a sample of Head Country. Wow. Better than I could ever make. Tasty, full-bodied, a hint of sweet, and agreeably tangy (I don't eat spicy hot anything). I bought the 40 oz. bottle, and keep a 160 oz. jug in a 2nd refrigerator to refill the bottle. I use it on charcoaled burgers, ribs, pork tenderloin, chicken, and mix it with pinto beans for BBQ beans. I also mix it with mayonnaise for a tasty sandwich spread.

This is so good, I quit making my own sauce for my barbeque catering business 4 years ago. Has a little spicy kick, very consistent thickness, and works well with their rub that I use on brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Not a super sweet, thick sauce popular in some parts of the BBQ world, but it really enhances Texas/Oklahoma style BBQ.
