They're a little bulky right between the thigh area, but definitely not enough to truly bother me or ruin my day. It's been a huge relief knowing I can go out protected without feeling and looking like I am wearing a full diaper.

She said they were comfortable and very absorbent. They come up to her waist as opposed to low cut styles that are uncomfortable for older women. Her only complaint was that she thought they were too small even though the size chart said they were the proper size. We'll just try the larger size and they will be perfect.

Stretchy, but not leaky, and they are not bulky at all, so not noticeable under clothing. I have been having bladder issues for the last several years, and have struggled to find some thing that I find to be inconspicuous, and also effective. I had a pretty significant amount of fluid escape recently while trying to make it to a bathroom. I was so happy to discover that my clothes were completely dry! Not only is it a comfortable and snug fitting underwear, it is also soft and stretchy and it doesn't make you feel bound. When you move, you don't have to worry about accidents.

These are super absorbent and provide protection even on long trips where access to facilities may be far and few between. Really worried would leak through but clothes were dry although underwear was completely full. Usually wear 3X clothing and the XXL are stretchy enough to fit. Recommend 100%
