These are much better than pads and more comfortable. Also due to pregnancy, there's a bit of bladder leakage occasionally after birth and these works wonders!

It has a nice stretch, would like the legging to be a little smaller to hold anything in. Has a decent absorption pad, also not super big and bulky and held up well. Better than I thought they may be.worth trying for sure.

The underwear are actually really comfortable around legs and waist. They do not bunch up or twist when moving around, they move right with you. The underwear really do protect me from bladder issues. I have moderate problems and leak alot most times, it catches everything and holds it in without leaking itself. Im very happy with these underwear and how they fit and keep me dry.

They provide the necessary protection without leaking and no odor. The elastic is snug, preventing leaks, but not tight or bothersome. Great for all day outings providing complete protection, so no embarrassing happenings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly when I first opened the package, I had serious doubts. First, I doubted that they would fit me. They appeared to be rather small, and I am a plus size woman (I am 5’6 and weigh approximately 263 lbs) I wear a woman’s plus size 22 or 24 in jeans. So I really truly didn’t think the Member’s Mark Total Protection Underwear (size XL) would fit. Surprisingly not only did it fit me, it was also much more comfortable then I thought it would be. This is the first time I had tried leakage protection underwear, previously I had always used pads for leakage issues, but lately had encountered leakage issues, where the pad failed to protect my clothing etc. The Members Mark Total Protection underwear fit well and worked absolutely great containing any leakage issues that I had. Also, looking in the mirror, once I had jeans on, you could not tell, that I wasn’t wearing normal underwear. Also can be easily removed, without fully undressing.

These are super absorbent and provide protection even on long trips where access to facilities may be far and few between. Really worried would leak through but clothes were dry although underwear was completely full. Usually wear 3X clothing and the XXL are stretchy enough to fit. Recommend 100%
