They helped maintain any liquid fluids that may have come during the night. She said they were comfortable and fit like regular underwear. We will be buying more soon. She said she love waking up dry in the morning and is helping her feel better about herself because she doesn't have to wear something that looks like a real diaper

It feels like you're using a larger sanitary pad, but with better support.However, in my underwear I am a size M, but on me this M was a little big and for that reason I had leaks... it absorbs quickly and does not feel so wet.

They are great to wear for those times when you can't get to the bathroom quick enough. It happens occasionally. Especially with one bathroom and being on water pills.
