With having a bigger frame, the underwear were very flexible and fit my size very well. They protected me from accidents that occur on daily basis with MS. They were very discreet in the ability to wear certain clothes.

It hugs my body without feeling too snug. It's color makes it invisible under my pants. It is also very comfortable. I highly recommend this one! I like that it gives maximum protection against odor and wetness but the fit is a bit weird. They fit but the pad made on the inside of it is a bit awkward and does not sit in place correctly. The way that this underwear absorbs is great, but it also causes some leaking by the pad made in the seat not fitting correctly. I like them and would use them but hopefully they will have a better design that fits a bit better because I have found this with most of the protection underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the pros are they protect very well and are absorbent I found them to be very bulky. Would use them for nights but not comfortable during the day due to bulkiness .Not very attractive to look at either.

Provide both bowel and bladder support in a comfortable design fit for a womans body. These are great for periods as well a post partum protection.
