My Continental Tires were at the end of their 60k life, so I shopped for Firestone LE3s but -- thanks to a promotion -- bought the Bridgestone Alenza, instead. I immediately noticed a difference in road comfort and noise reduction over the same route I have traveled for almost 20 years (including 15 of those on LE2s).

The tires are very nice looking however the ride is a little bumpy and I have a vibration in the steering wheel which I did not have before. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership and they looked at everything on the front end including an alignment and could find nothing wrong. I had them rebalance the tires and the vibration is still present. I can't put another set of tires on I spent over $1100.00 on this set and I'm sure they are not going to take them back and put on another set if they can't find anything wrong with them, so I guess I am stuck with these I don't know what else I could possibly do. Next oil change I am going to have them rotated and see if that gets rid of the problem and if it does one of those front tires has some kind of defect.

I don't know why Bridgestone needs to change the Series/Name of their Tires that produce Good/Great Results that make it difficult to impossible to Get the Local Tire Dealers to either find U the previous tire on the Vehicle or a Easy Alternative ....

This is my fourth set of Bridgestones and so far I am very pleased with the Ultra. When I bought these ties, I had over 93,000 miles on my previous set of Alenza Plus. They still had a few more miles left in them before getting to the tire tread wear bar, but I was getting ready for a road trip to Indiana and wanted to be prepared with new tires in case of winter road conditions My tire shop can never believe how many miles I am able to get out of a set of tires, especially since my SUV is used in my Limousine business and runs the roads hard. My secret to long tread life? I use a tire shop that offers a lifetime alignment package and also does oil changes so it is super simple to make one stop for service every 5,000 miles. Rotate, balance, check alignment and oil change every 5,000 miles like clockwork and you too can get amazing life out of your tires.

When I needed tires for my Traverse I shopped around for price, available and good shop. I found them through Tiresplus and with their help they found them at a Firestone service center that is partnered with them. They went through the tires and all the extras I want with the tires. They mounted the tires on my rims and they was fast on doing so. I have done business with TiresPlus for years and they have never disappointed me ever.

I've been around the block with OEM tires on my 2014 Porsche Cayenne S as well as a 2013 Mercedes GLK 350 and sorry to Pirelli and Michelin but nothing compares to the immediate satisfaction of a smooth quiet ride of the new Alenza AS Ultra and with an 80K mileage warranty, I'll be reporting back for a long time. I had the Bridgestone Dueler H/L on a Mercedes ML350 and they were great as well regarding wear and ride. Make no mistake, the Pirelli and Michelin brands make fantastic tires but neither never made it to half the mileage warranty even with consistent rotation. I did receive a prorated cost due to early tire wear but it gets expensive replacing tires like these every 12 - 18 months.

i have the Alenza Ultra on both vehicles. i thought i should have gotten a few more miles out of these tires with a 80000 warranty . i did get 65000 miles out of them. i decided to give them another try. My other vehicle is a GMC 1500 with Alenza Ultra but are 275/60/R20.

Purchased these tires because of all the positive accolades but this is what I found out after two weeks: The ride comfort and noise were just okay compared to the OEM tires on my Volvo. The mpg was reduced by 3.2 mpg over the OEM tires. However, the worse thing is that these tires tramline terrible on grooved concrete which is unavoidable in my area. I have driven over 60 years now and never saw/felt something this bad = even my mud/snow tires on my truck do not do this. I returned the vehicle to the local Firestone dealer and the manager drove the vehicle to see. His comment was "terrible tires". Anyway, I hate returning anything but these tires are so scary to drive on that I had to. Thank goodness that the dealer totally agreed and returned all my money. Firestone needs to do a lot better and warn people about this or there will be accidents due to these tires.

I selected the AS Ultra to quell some of the issues with the OEM tires that came with the car. Better traction, quicker off the mark, better handling in wet conditions, the orginal tires were worn but serviceable. The better half was ecstatic about the new feel of her ride, I was pleased with the long drive milage to Atlanta from Houston.

I went with this all-season radial to see if they would be comparable to the light truck tires I normally use on my truck. From the moment I started driving until the present, I think these are the best tires I have ever bought. They feel great on the dry road and wet roads.I am very confident with these. They are a great smooth quiet ride as well.I have told all my friends this same thing. The long tire life is a bonus also. I have 3 cars that I currently have and when tires need replacement I will definitely think about using this same tire.So far I am very pleased with my purchase.
