[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is good however I can get over the earthy woody aftertaste. It is plant based protein and vegan lactose free shake and has lots of protein and fiber.

I've tried many protein shakes and I would not buy this one again. It has a very bitter taste, not great. I'm giving it 3 stars because it makes a good protein smoothie when combined with other ingredients.
