I make protein shakes with this and protein powder so the taste isn't an issue at all. It's a great vegan alternative.

It didn't taste good. This is hard to explain because we all have different taste buds in all fairness. This just wouldn't be my chalky cup of tea. Tasted more chemical and I would rather use the powder protein and make it myself.

I like to drink them very cold, and I often put them in the freezer for about an hour before I drink them. I love it when it's like a slush. The flavor is delicious. And I know I'm getting the extra protein I need for my workouts.

This shake is so creamy, it's even better to me on ice or fresh out the freezer not frozen. It has a very smooth not chalky taste and something I can always go to while at work as a snack.

My belly didn't hurt later, no bloat and I stayed satisfied until lunch. Ladies, with 20g plant protein AND 10g of fiber, you need this in your life to help balance hormones!

The shake is thick a bit too thick for my liking and I would not purchase again. The powder was average, nothing to complain about but also nothing to be excited about, it could be a good option if you want a plant based protein as it compares to other I've had. The best product here was the bar, the flavor was great, the chunks of cherry were delicious.
