I bought this TV a month ago and have thoroughly enjoy it! I've done everything from streaming Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ to casting photos from my phone! And I love the voice search feature. If you're having a craving to watch a movie starring a specific actor, you can say, for example, "Find movies starring Tom Hanks" and it will list all available movies!

The quality of the television is truly exemplary of the relationship with my son, excellent. He wanted to show me his appreciation with this gift and it hasn't disappointed like he hasn't ever disappointed me. I had the 55-in for 8 and 1/2 years now and hardly any problems with it. Excellent product. And hopefully the second one will Outlast the first one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had tv 3 - 4 months. Got stuck in trying to load Smartcast saying unavailable. At same time remote major buttons go out. Customer service was great and was very patient instructing on how to reset tv (menu button wasn't working). Vizio sending another remote right away. Great thing to fix on a call on phone without having to have a repair man or ship somewhere.

Very disappointed with my Visio. I first purchased V509-J09 and have trouble when after turning off the the TV and turning it on the next day, I get no voice. I have to unplug the cable, plug it back in for the voice to come back on regular TV. I then purchased th M series hoping it being better but the same thing so I returned the TV and still have my V509. And still having to unplug it and plug it back in. Very diappointed in the Visio product. Need a repair person to come and fix or replace TV with another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 24 inch Vizio V series about a year ago. Had a problem with casting. Got a technician on the line and he stayed with me on the phone for two hours and got it straightened out. Beth made a loyal customer out of me.

This is the worst Vizio and worst tv I've ever had. This just seems cheaply made. The tv has glitched since day 1. I've had it since December. It turns off randomly, randomly exits out of what you're watching, restarts itself etc etc the list goes on. Don't buy this.

I'm not all that tech savvy and was worried that I would need to program, set up wires, and push multiple buttons on the remote to get to a station or "input" device. Well, let me tell you. Easy Peasy! One input for my cable plugged into the electrical outlet, set up the internet (for streaming) then watched my shows. I was even able to connect to my wireless speaker which was a godsend as my hearing is waning. So now instead of turning the volume way up I just have my wireless speaker next to me! Genius!
